Who will be my consultant?
All consultation sessions are conducted by Uchechi Udeoka, our founder and expert career consultant. With extensive experience as an International Growth Consultant at Google and a background in business development, Uchechi provides personalized and insightful guidance that can help you succeed in your career.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. This policy helps us manage Uchechi's schedule and accommodate other clients.
How do follow-up sessions work for the different packages?
The structure and frequency of follow-up sessions depend on the package you choose:
Basic Package:Includes one session. Follow-up sessions are not included but can be scheduled separately at the basic rate.
Standard Package:Includes three sessions. Follow-up sessions occur regularly as part of this package to monitor your progress and adjust your career plan. You will receive email support between sessions for additional guidance.
Premium Package:Includes five sessions. Follow-up sessions are a key component of this package, allowing for continuous evaluation and adjustment of your career strategy. You will have priority email and phone support between sessions and access to exclusive career development resources.
